1. Is it safe to order on the juniorlearning.co.nz web site?

Junior Learning uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at juniorlearning.com is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.


2. How do I return an item?
 

If for any reason you are not pleased with your shipment, call customer service at (09) 889-9449 or send an email to ask@juniorlearning.com. Please have your packing list. Merchandise may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us. Please report damages within 15 days.


3. I’m a toy shop. How do I sell Junior Learning products?

Please e-mail  sales@juniorlearning.co.nz and we will send you information on how to become a trade customer.


4. I’m outside of New Zealand. How can I buy Junior Learning products?

Please e-mail ask@juniorlearning.com. Junior Learning has online stores in the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand.  We also have distributors in Singapore and Canada
